Thunderbeat

Thunderbeat is a new, cutting-edge surgical instrument based on the effective combination of ultrasound energy and bipolar radiofrequency energy for cutting and suturing tissues during open, laparoscopic and endoscopic surgery. Two generators are activated by simply pressing a button (which can be activated manually or with a foot pedal), directing both types of energy to the tip of the instrument. This makes it possible to quickly cut and suture blood vessels of up to 7 mm in diameter.
